A buyer purchasing property adjacent to one of these affected properties may be impacted.

Initial Agency Disclosure (Requires Adobe Acrobat)
Required by Oregon real estate law, an agent must provide a potential client imformation as to how that client will be represented by the agent.
This disclosure must be made at time of initial purchase/sale discussions.

Buyer Advisory Document (Requires Microsoft Word)
Developed by the State of Oregon Real Estate Agency to provide potential Oregon property buyers with detailed information about the buying process.
